Access Information for the South Ave. Garage

Effective June 16, 2008, while the garage is under construction the only entrance and exit will be on the Stone St. side of the garage.
Please follow the signs directing you to the Convention Center.
We recommend that you use the elevators on the far end of the garage (North end) from where you entered.
The Convention Center sky bridge is located on the 3rd/yellow level of the garage.
Access to the Hyatt Regency hotel is provided on the 2nd/red level of the garage.
If you have any difficulty locating your destination or your vehicle please ask one of the security guards who patrol the garage for assistance, or call our security desk which is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at 585-770-2370.
