Access Information for the South Ave. Garage

You may enter the garage through the entrances located on South Ave, Broad Street, Stone Street, and through the Hyatt. The Exits are located on Stone Street, South Ave., and Broad St.
Please follow the signs directing you to the Convention Center.
We recommend that you use the elevators on the far end of the garage (North end) from where you entered.
The Convention Center sky bridge is located on the 3rd/yellow level of the garage.
Access to the Hyatt Regency hotel is provided on the 2nd/pink level of the garage.
If you have any difficulty locating your destination or your vehicle please ask one of the security guards who patrol the garage for assistance, or call our security desk which is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at 585-770-2370.
