Parking Rates
Daily Parking Rate
It will be necessary to pull a ticket upon entrance and payment will be taken at the exit. All exit gates accept credit cards. If you need to pay cash, please utilize the payment kiosk located on level 2, to the left of the Elevators next to the Hyatt entrance, or exit via the left hand South Ave Exit.
The Daily Parking Rates are as follows:

Monthly Parking Rate
The monthly rate for the South Ave. Garage is $79.00. Cash or Check is the only acceptable form of payment. Currently we have parking spots available. Please feel free to contact us at 770-2372 for more information, or stop into our office, located at 39 Stone Street.
Special Event Parking Rates
Special event parking is $4.00. Special event parking is in effect when signs at entrance are posted. There are no In-Out privileges with special even parking tickets.
